Life sometimes presents us with difficult moments. We can experience these as painful pauses or become clouded and lose our ability to feel hopeful. Our greatest challenge is to remember that such moments are also openings - invitations to grow and deepen the intimacy we have with our inner life. Too often we strive to understand or figure things out on our own, yet an "other" is required if we are to be truly and deeply listened to. To be known, witnessed, and helped to see what we cannot see on our own - this is the work, our work. 

I am here to be with you. My intention is to remain curious and present as you deepen and discover. Together we will explore the sufferings, joys, losses and loves that have authored your unique life story. Let's contemplate how your personal history has led you to this moment and imagine all that you hold and have the potential to become. New possibilities grow from leaning in and creating moments of getting to know yourself more intimately. As your therapist, I will provide a safe and accepting space to listen to who you are and how we can move you towards healing.
